Good service by the agent Max who handed over the car to us at the airport. The car was clean and in good condition, nothing to complain. On the day of departure, I made a request to return the car later due to late flight and it was quickly confirmed by Max via WhatsApp. Overall, a great and hassle free experience.

As is more often than not, the people interaction is top of the list of key issues in this business. Helen at the Mooloolaba office has the right style, and she handled my short one day hire very well. Definitely a good choice for cost effective car hire with a minimum of fuss. The car (of course) behaved well too !

Very Happy with Sunset Car Rentals. We had to change our booking and it was done with no problems and plenty of smiles. Car had a few k's on it but was very clean inside and out.
