Kylie was very friendly and helpful. The car was good condition and quality. On returning the car at the end of our trip, again it was a very positive experience. Thank you very much. Great cars, even better service.

Everything went smooth. Despite there was a issue with the booking hadn’t gone trough to Sunset ( I booked from a 3rd party ), they arranged an upgrade for the same price and picked me up from the airport in no time. Will be back on my next trip. Thank you.

Please display customers name at the exit of arrival halls

Upon arrival we had problems contacting Sunset for pick-up to collect car. This was due to cell phone connection problems and no fault of Sunset. In desperation we searched T1 and carpark without success and took a bus to T2 to find rental but told it was not there either. A kind Avis staff manage to contact Matt of Sunset who immediately came to pick us up to settle our rental car. In fact the company closed at 6pm and we would have been left stranded without a car and considered a no-show. Matt later informed us that he came in search of us at T1 arrival but how was he to identify us even if we were there? Cell phone connection is common due to new sim card installation or setup problems. A customer who just landed may have difficult caling. Sunset should deploy staff at the exit of arrival halls displaying the name of customers for pick up. Our anxiety would have been avoided if this service was accorded to us. We would not have to pay late collection penalty fee of A$60. It wasn't a pleasant start to anyone's vacation. However, kudos to Matt for being there for us. Thanks Matt!

Simply the best company for car hire

Superb service is the hallmark of this company. I have now rented twice with them, both a long rental of five months and recently a one month rental. No one will rent with the large impersonal companies as I have done for years, once they see and feel what truly personal superior service looks like . I can not recommend this company highly enough. They are my company of choice from here on in. Go with them and you will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way
