Hi, thank you for your prompt response. i am really glad to hear from you and thank you. my id: 410843. my trading experience with stonewall was good, i am quite dispointed with the account managers (AM). firstly, they changed the account manager without notice and no information before. the new account manager, called me, and told me the previous account manager was busy, so the new account manager will handle my account. i emailed the previous AM, and the AM was out of town, couldn't inform me earlier. i emailed the first AM, asking the help but no replied from the AM. i initiated to email to your support team and no replied either. i have request withdrawal several times (some i cancelled and request again), had not been processed and no replied from the AMs and support. i chat in the chat forum no one replied my chat. just now, i found out, my chat history was disappeared. i do hope and look forward to your assistances and advise. i understand stonewall capital is licensed and regulated by FSCA, hence the Account Managers (trading couch) should comply with the FSCA regulations. i trust you and i can trade in a long term with stonewall capital. thanks & best regards, Andry
