I bought Turf on 1/8 and laid it in hot weather. I followed their advice on watering etc to the letter and am delighted with the result. Despite the weather, the turf is well rooted and 12cm tall! First class turf, expert advice, and a great local business. A huge thank you! Perry

I purchased premium turf in 2023 for my front garden and had a great experience. It still looks fantastic. Fast forward to June 2024. I purchased premium turf for my rear garden. Sadly, the turf supplied the second time around just didn't compare. After just a few weeks, there were lots of patches of wild grass and patches of the lawn where there were quite a few weeds growing. I did contact New Forest Turf Supplies to give them an opportunity to put things right. I was advised that I'd cut the lawn too short and that was the reason. They also advised they only hold responsibility for the turf for 24 hours. This wasn't true. The wild grass patches appeared before the lawn was ever cut. I could forgive the weeds but the wild grass patches were in the turf. I just feel a bit short changed as I paid for premium turf and I don't believe that is what I received. I won't use this company again. 27th August 2024 I'm adding to my review following the response below from New Forest Turf. My only error was not taking a picture of my lawn sooner. However, in their words 'they only take responsibility of the lawn for 24 hours'. Additionally, their offer to put things right was for them to supply a 'free' bag of fertiliser. Nobody has ever tried to call me. I stand by my comments, I contacted them and gave them to opportunity to things right before even considering writing this review.

Having had our garden redesigned we wanted to have the grass replaced. We made contact with New Forest Turf Supplies Ltd and spoke with Vicky who was super helpful, polite and professional. We arranged a date for the work to be completed and Nick arrived promptly, and discussed with us in detail how he was going to complete the work and checked that we were ok with the same. The garden needed to be rotovated and levelled that involved around 2 tonnes of soil being added to the garden and this was completed quickly and efficiently over two visits. The turf was then laid, this was around 3 weeks ago and the grass is looking fantastic. Nick was polite, helpful and friendly and left the garden spotlessly clean. Vicky followed up after the work was completed to also ensure we were happy with the same. I would 100% recommend New Forest Turf Supplies, in an age when customer service can be lacking this company shines brightly. Thank you for a fantastic job.
