Bought two and were delivered earlier than I expected.

One was for me the other was for my son. The unit is very quiet at low speed, I have to put my hand at the exhaust end to determine if it still working. I rank the product 4 stars because it is very hard to removed the face cover to check if the filter needs replacing. The instruction stated to raise the face plate up, but it will not budge (my son had to force it by pull it up front instead). Because of this issue I am reluctant to check the filter's status because I might break something. (So I plan to do check after 3 months or more given a 24/7 use).

Best purchase in a very long time!

The air purifiers I purchased from Alen are amazing. I can finally breathe again at night. No more making funny noises with my throat or hearing my husband snore. I never would have believed the air purifiers would have made such a big difference in the quality of the air we breathe. We purchased a large unit Breathe Right for the family room and run it every time we open the woodstove to add wood and occasionally during the day. The small tower unit, we run while we sleep. I would recommend these purifiers to anyone who would like to breathe clean, fresh air.

Excellent product, excellent service.

I ordered an A350 air purifier for my daughter. Within 2 days, it was on my doorstep. It is doing a great job helping to control her asthma. I am very happy with it.

A first class product by a first class company!

Let's face it, in our Country, service after the sale is sometimes so much trouble we simply give up. It's all our fault for not forcing these companies to make better products, or at the very least, fulfill their limited, limited, warranty. When my filter arrived damaged I had to decide if it was worth my time to try and replace it. I expected to invest a lot of time searching the website hoping that a live person would somehow, someway answer my email and offer a ray of hope. To my surprise I received more than hope. I received immediate assistance from a person who understood my situation. My problem was their problem. In less than twenty fours a plan was set in place which exceeded my expectations. This also included a follow up email. Having purchased my unit years earlier I have never been happier with the product, and now the outstanding customer service. I was treated like someone who has spent thousands of dollars with their company. I was treated with respect. Thank you!

Love my Alen purifiers!

I researched air purifiers thoroughly before purchasing and found Alen to be the best choice. Upon receiving my four units, I turned them on and let them do their thing. The purifiers work extremely well as shown when changing filters. It was almost embarrassing seeing the results, but changing and resetting the filter was simple. Love the fact the purifier tells you before it's time to change so you have time to reorder filters. When we are home, the purifiers are on levels 1-2 because the noise level is low and doesn't bother us. When we go out of town, I turn them up full power since no one will be home to hear them. The noise level is not an issue as long as I follow this rule of thumb. My husband has asthma, one of our children has severe allergies, and we have a dog in the house. In the three years since we've had our purifiers, my husband has had fewer asthma attacks and our daughter has had a dramatic drop in allergy-related doctor visits. In addition, I've had no issues with any of my four purifiers. I've recommended them to many friends who have purchased as well. Thanks Alen!

No instructions installing expensive filters

For $70 for replacement filters , it's a disgrace that there are no proper installation instructions.

Awesome products, great customer service. We love the autoship plan too!!

Our son has bad allergies and our daughter has a trach due to respiratory issues. We did a lot of research before purchasing products, and have been extremely happy with the various air filters we have purchased from Alen. By far our favorite product is the Paralada, but we like our other filters from Alen we have purchased as well. A short story... we had our house tested for mold and the test came back negative, but I realized I failed to turn off the Alen air filters we had in the areas tested. A second test was performed and mold spores were detected and upon tear out of a basement wall, moisture and mold was prevalent about 3 feet away from the air filter (Paralada). The filter surpassed my expectations and I can not imagine our home with our the units we own.

THEY ARE A VERY TRUST WORTHY COMPANY AND HOW CAN YOU BEET ANY THING THAT IS GAURINTEED FOR LIFE

THIS COMPANY IS REALLY COOL I GOT TO KNOW SOME OF THE SALES PEOPLE AND THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH SOME REALLY GOOD DEALE FOR INSTANCE I PERCHASED TWO AIR CLEANERS FROM THEM ALONG WITH SIGNING UP FOR THEIR AUTOMATIC FILTER DELIVERIES ALSO I PERCAHASED A REALLY NICE DEHUMIDIFIER FROM THEM NOW THAT I THINK OF IT I SPENT SOME SERIOS MONEY WITH THEM BUT LIKE I SAY HOW CAN YOU BEET ANY THING THAT IS GAURINTEED FOR LIFE! I JUST HOPE THEY DON'T GO OUT OF BUISENESS !!

i have been purchasing filters for my Alen Air Purifier for 2 years now. the service has been prompt. the product is the best. i have owned other types. there is no comparison. cant thank Alen corp. enough.
