great communication with the supplier i have had the most wonderful experience with flower box my package was rough and they followed up with a call directly to me that was out of this world and received my item i’m happy as can be, can see many gifts for friends and family comping soon.

Terrible Service - Outshone by even Worse Customer service! Ordered some flowers to arrive on my nominated day of Friday 13th. Upon placing the order I received zero-order confirmation, The only coms I've received was the Paypal confirmation from PayPal. Upon delivery day I received no dispatched email - I messaged there live chat support and was advised that the flowers had been dispatched 2 days before and would be arriving on the day - I then asked for tracking information and was ignored. To my surprise on the Friday - Nothing arrived on the 13th On Monday the parcel did arrive - However the flowers were boxed up and the parcel looked like it had gone through 12 rounds with Anthony Joshua- Battered and broken. Add to that the flowers had been in transit for 5 days! They were spoilt and damaged. I contacted the CS team and they were really rude, and accused me of damaging the box myself, said I should be pleased that they arrived 3 days later rather than not at all and were unapologetic. Flower Box - you need to sort your customer journey out, and train your staff correctly Tatiana was the worst CS agent I've ever had the pleasure of talking too. With service like this, you'll never get return custom

I'm actually stunned and disappointed in the customer service I received today from flowerbox company. As a first time customer I was not expecting such treatment from them. First of all they didn't respond to my email when I requested for an update on my delivery. The company also has different numbers which no one answers that alone is frustrating as a customer. All I asked for was an update and instead I received unnecessary and distasteful rudeness. Clearly some of your employees lack basic customer service skills and further training is required. Customer service was terrible, definely wouldn’t recommend this company. The employee threatened to send back my order once it was dispatched for delivery simply because I requested for an update.

Rotted roses!
Ordered a box of roses for my fiancé’s 30th birthday they didn’t even last 2 days. They have completely rotted. I have tried to contact them on several occasions through email and phone and not had any response. Terrible service and product.

Happy with the quality of the product
Happy with the quality of the product, however I didn't receive an assortment. I received 4 grab and go and one cube with sticky ribbon. The one item I wanted doesn't look like you even carry anymore. In the photo of your sample pack it shows a green container with a tied ribbon and orange flowers.
