Great customer service I ordered a jacket that unfortunately did not fit because I chose the wrong size. The jacket was great, came on time (without any delay to Greece) and I received updates throughout the order. Ι would recommend to a friend.

I am 100% satisfied with the service from the stage of my order & the quality of the product to the door to door delivery. The only thing that I will comment at this point is the lack of tracking information when the parcel imported to Greece. Suddenly my bell rang when in the system my parcel was in transit stage in Thessaloniki but this doesn't has to do with the Horsefeathers team but with the courier company. All in all, exceptional service and product.

Pro: Products made in EU sold for mostly reasonable prices. Con: You'll have to pay yourself to return items (which, in my opinion, is inevitable when buying clothing online because usually half the items don't fit right) and they claim this is to "minimize impact on our planet"... yeah right.
