I was looking for some small 25gm+ soap bars with min wrapping and easy to open. Found Montague Lloyd (never heard of them before) and ordered a small carton of bars which arrived the next day or two. Very efficient and prompt service which we need in the hospitality trade! Poor Quality I purchased Scottish Fine Soap products and pump dispensers for the guest bedrooms. The actual soap Ted is lovely but the pump dispensers are very poor quality and several have stopped functioning. I have raised this with Montague Lloyd twice. The first time one as told that the pump dispensers were not meant to last forever so they sold replacement bottles. As they had only been in use for a matter of weeks I was quite unhappy and advised that they should be fit for purpose. I was sent two new pump mechanisms but more are out of action since then (haven't lasted one season). We used to use Duck Island and the pump dispensers lasted ages. In fact we replaced them as we wanted a Scottish Product. Montague Lloyd really need to get a new supplier for their pump bottles.
