Mostly perfect service

Mostly perfect service and great customer service as well. There have been a few rare instances of outages with my internet service, which is the only reason I can't give a perfect 5-star rating.

I’ve been using TekSavvy for a year now…

Teksavvy Service Review I’ve been using TekSavvy for a year now for internet only and I have never experienced any problems. (Knock on wood) When there were actual lines cut and I had no service, I called and there was a recorded msg. indicating what happened and how long they thought service might be out before everything was repaired. Rates are very reasonable and service is just like any “big name” internet provider. I would recommend TekSavvy to anyone looking for Internet services.

I really hope all fit here issues are…

I really hope all of the issues are temporary like they promised. There are random dropouts during the day and it can last for a long time, I’m getting kind of sick of this company and it’s been less than two weeks. I was set to have a self install on the 25th of June. It didn’t work, so I called in. Turns out they had set me to the next day with a tech. They did not tell me this and screwed me over I had to get someone to come to my house and wait for them. That sucked. Customer service is so so, all depends on who you get. If you get Mindi I am sorry for you, she absolutely sucks, fire her. But if you get my dawg Nate, it’s a good day. He is an absolute gem. Please please please give my guy a raise

these guys are nonsense. waited all day for them to show up only to be told that they didnt need a site visit and not sure why i was not notified. there is no jack to plug in my internet. cancelled service. they did nothing to keep me. customer service is horrible.

We just newly arrived here in June

We just newly arrived in June, in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada and ordered the home internet connection from teksavvy (on 16th of June). They promised us to provide a working connection starting from June 21st. We already received the Modem and all connectors along with its power supply. However, today is 24th and we are still waiting for a working connection. We kept calling their customer support to ask about the status. They are nice, however they dont know when we may exactly really get our internet connection rolling. We are just waiting and waiting. We really hope to get it done by tonight.
