Excellent and fast service

Absolute shambles!!!! Ordered 2 pair of squash shoes same make different sizes (114.00 each) so i could return the pair that didn't fit. Returned them at a cost of £11 to ensure they got there, good job too as when I rang the company they couldn't find the shoes!!!! After a week of no contact from the I emailed asking when I would receive my refund, a couple of emails with the shop manager who said he would look into my refund and suddenly the emails stopped. I then contacted them via telephone to be told that they couldn't not find the refund, it was only when I told them I had proof of delivery with a signature they found the shoes!! Assistant told me he would ring his boss and call me back, he did this and told me his manager would arrange refund that night and we would receive our £114 in 2-3 working days. So, a week later, still no refund!!! Contacted the shop yet again, assistant text the manager and called me back to say refund would be issued on Sunday (15/3/20) night, surprise surprise still no refund!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL JOKE, NO REGARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Everything perfect... since the contact by phone till the box arriving at my home... I live in Brazil and everything went well.
