Always great quality products! Had an issue with my vent cover and Joe had R&D create a new one that fits perfectly!!

Ordered a spoiler, arrived from China and had a little scratch on the carbon fiber, no double sided tape was included in the package. Emailed them several times on resolving the issue and no response. I will be getting with my bank to dispute this purchase. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore.

It was just easy to navigate the process with my busy schedule and not have to sit on the phone or anything like that.

The windshield sun shade front window is of great quality and very durable. It is kind of hard to put on by one person but with two, it goes on with no problem. I love it because it does work better than most.

I was very disappointed in the product, a wheel cover for my Tesla, but I was very impressed with the customer service, and received a refund.

I bought the wheel protecters for my Tesla Y. However, 2 peices of them were lossen and lost. I don't know if it was because I didn't install it properly or because of the quality of the product, but two of them didn't attach properly and one of them was broken. I contacted Teslaunch and they said they would send me two of them with warranty support. I experienced that they have really good service.
