Great pair of glasses fast turnaround

I ordered a pair Reks to try on first, then to possibly buy them. I loved them right out of the box. I ordered the Sling and the only complaint I have about them is that I wished they wrapped back more as I drive a lot for work and the sun sometimes hits the side of my face. After a week, I returned the Slings and ordered them as a prescription sunglass. I received them in 1-1 1/2 weeks. You cannot track the prescription sunglasses thru their website at this time. I did call them to make sure they had received my order and within 3 days I had them. I ordered the smoke lens with the blue mirror tint. When they arrived, looking thru them was too yellow for me. I was hoping for a more grayish/dark view. I contacted customer service and talked to them. They told me which glasses to order to achieve the effect I was looking for. They said to return the first pair within 30 days and they would replace or refund my money. I replaced them and am waiting on my new pair. Their customer service is excellent!!

My glasses were rec'd in timely manner. Comfortable. The brown photochromic lens are still pretty tinted, even inside.

This is my second pair of REKS as progressive sunglasses. I was so impressed with the fit and feel of the first pair I purchased, I decided to buy a second pair during a REKS sale. The center spot on the second pair was off just a little and Customer Service fixed the problem right away - that's great customer service. These are great looking and fitting sunglasses.

Excellent glasses - Excellent Service

I've now purchased three pairs of REKS prescription Slingblades; couldn't be happier with the quality, the customer service, or the price. And the turnaround time on my orders was just excellent as well. I've used the leading brand for many years before giving REKS a try; I got three pairs of REKS for a little more than the price on one pair of theirs. Great product, and a great company to deal with.
