When trying to access the seminar I was…

When trying to access the seminar I was told it was completed, wouldn't let me reregister, get in? My first experience with your company was certainly not positive. You on line chat and connecting to Jacqueline was very impressive! Jacqueline was able to send a link to join the seminar. She also then send email links that I should have received when I registered. I hope i have good experience as I start your courses. Bruce Haverberg

Easy Peezy

I initially reached out some weeks ago but there were no available CPP RCH's courses yet, pending approval from Payroll Org. Anna was kind enough to keep my details and alerted me as soon as approval was received. Unfortunately, I was not able to commit at the time, but Anna checked on me periodically, which I appreciated. Anna was great! Easy to reach, prompt responses and clearly answered all questions.
