I have been wanting to try the Vizacademy course for a long time, maybe about three years, but because of the initial cost and 7 week commitment I hadn't been able to commit fully. I had seen the results from instagram and always wanted to achieve this level of realism in my own work. I can say without a doubt that my time with Vizacademy was worth the money and I am very happy with my results, and the training as a whole. Unfortunately I was unable to finish my course due to the bank holidays adding a week to the schedule and overlapping with my pre booked holiday. But the Vizacademy have kindly agreed to give me a free week with another class in summer which I am very appreciative of. Mike and the support team are always on hand to assist when you run into issues or if you have questions, and often respond outside of the quoted working hours which was a great help for me. I was working full time alongside the course which was exhausting after 6 weeks, but you only get out of the training what you put in. I would definitely suggest logging into every conference and being as vocal and communicative as possible. A lot of the time, the most useful information that I learnt came from hearing from other students, about the issues and errors they were facing, which Mike helpfully addressed and solved in the conferences. I was daunted by the prospect of paying for this course and then the software too, but the Vizacademy made me aware of cheaper ways to pay for 3DS Max and subsequent plug-ins and models which makes it more affordable. The payment plan that is offered made it possible for me to begin my eduction too. With the Vizacademys help, and by re watching the material that is available even after the course is completed, I feel well equipped to build a portfolio of work that will help me showcase my skills, and assist me in my currnet job as a home stager. Thanks to everyone at the Vizacademy, for your support, assistance, good humour and the knowledge you have given me!

I can highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to learn the ins and outs of 3D modelling and rendering. I found the course to be very thorough and engaging. As a complete beginner in 3DS Max, I was apprehensive starting out, but the tutorials and support are first class and I was able to learn very quickly, with excellent support staff on hand to assist with technical problems along the way. I am very glad that I decided on this course. Not only do my outputs look much better, but the time I spend on one visualization has also accelerated. Mike gave us a lot of tips in the lectures and taught me to notice details that I hadn't paid attention to before. It was very intense 7 weeks and with confidence, i can say i have improved significantly following their program. The support is always there when you need it, they're very direct and helpful. It's also a huge plus that you have access to all the learning materials even after the course ends, so you can always go back if you missed any or revisit specific topics.

This course is really intense but its possible to finish it even if you have a full time job. I was doing renders before this course in 3ds max+vray but I didn't know much about modeling and also didnt know how to work with corona renderer. I would recommend this course to people who want to learn how to make renders in 3ds max. If you're a beginner i think its great course and if you have some knowledge about it already then it can help you improve your skills. You just have to be comitted to it and work on it during and after the course if you want to see better results. Practice makes perfect. I would only like to add that in some cases it would be better to have a possibility to talk with support, not just writing messages :)

VizAcademy's course is amazing and is suitable for both people who have no knowledge in the field of 3D visualizations and for advanced designers. Definitely worth it. After using the software for already 5 years, this course has further motivated me to dive deeper within the existing tools available, which you may not be aware of beforehand. You’ll be taught game changing methods and workflows which improve your efficiency and help churn out renders which are also impeccably photo realistic. On top of that, VizAcademy offers dedicated online support who are ready to aid during allocated hours. As a complete beginner of 3ds Max and Corona, the course offered by VizAcademy UK is perfect for learning both these packages through a step by step programme. You'll be amazed at the visuals you can create. Mike, and the support team (Mary, Ula and Javier) are on-hand to answer any queries through a dedicated Skype group. The conferences are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 7.30pm-8.30pm GMT for 7 weeks. It is extremely important to make sure you have time to complete the tasks, the course is INTENSE!. You'll need at least 3-7 hours a day. You'll sign a contract before you start stating your committing to the course fees, attendance and activities for the whole time period. Requirements - A computer with minimum of 16GB RAM, more is better. - A copy of 3ds max. - Corona, you can download a 30-day trial (only download when the course task states too otherwise you'll run out before the course ends). As scary as that might sound, the course is completely worth it. It's been a great seeing everyone progress, and VizAcademy UK promise of "teaching you create amazing visuals" can be delivered.
