Great prices for quality products. Very competitive pricing for items with some good offers on their site. Took a bit for items to be dispatched, but I wasn't in a rush on this occasion, so didn't really matter. Delivered by DPD though, so once they had it, could keep track of timescales.

Lovely items and quick delivery

The whole experience of ordering from Milly's was very easy, with regular email updates at every stage of the process. Although the items were very well packaged, the courier clearly saw this as a challenge and unfortunately 2 items were damaged during shipping. Milly's responded right away and despatched replacements on next day delivery, using a different service. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

My Sophie Conran order was delivered on time and the broken mug was replaced within a week so I’m very happy. Only one piece broken on a large order - it was loosely packed and not in a box. I’m very happy!
