Stellar has a long sound reputation and their cutlery is of very good quality. Just replenished kitchen with the same design as had for last 30 years; slightly cheaper that Amazon. Delivery was within a day or two of ordering.

Original order was despatched promptly but Royal Mail did not act upon my delivery instructions and returned the item to the store. I contacted the store regarding this and they resent the item very quickly and I was delighted with my purchase. I will definitely use this store in future, very good customer service and communication

Had an issue with a knife in a cutlery set I purchased, it was a manufacturing fault so I sent them an email and got a reply really fast. They were really helpful and popped a replacement knife out to me in the post. They were friendly and had a personal touch to their customer service which is not often the case these days. I love the cutlery set I purchased and look foward to using it for years to come.
