Ich habe vor kurzem eine Haartransplantation bei Hairneva machen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden. Von Anfang an wurde ich freundlich empfangen und das Team hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Alle meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet und ich habe mich während der ganzen Zeit wohl gefühlt. Omar war bzw. ist mein Berater. Er ist immer ansprechbar und beantwortet jede Frage ausführlich. Echt ein top Berater und falls einer von euch bei ihm landet, seid ihr in guten Händen. Der Eingriff selbst war sehr professionell, und auch nach der OP war die Nachsorge super. Ich habe mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann die Klinik nur weiterempfehlen. Couldn't have expected a better hair transplant experience, traveled from New York to turkey for the transplant I didn't know what to expect. Theoman was my point of contact and offered literally the best service I've ever had in my life. There was zero confusion on what to do or where to be at what time. All directions are given to you at the time you need them so you don't feel overwhelmed. The staff that operated on me was extremely efficient and polite even with the language barrier we were able to get some laughs in. For added convenice the hotel they put you in is in the same building as the clinic. If you're thinking of a hair transplant and are overwhelmed by all the options, stop looking and reach out to hairneva, it's a once in a lifetime experience.

Flying all the way from Los Angeles to unknown areas in Istanbul was quite nerve wrecking for me. I had more concerns and doubts than anything. I don’t trust easily. I don’t trust “trust pilot” reviews and instagram pics/videos can “hide” many details. I had already bought my plane ticket and STILL ALMOST back’d out all together. That all being said I’m glad I didn’t. I researched and received quotes from 8 different clinics before flying out. I then also visited a couple in person before I made my final decision. I listened to other Drs consultations, looked/spoke with their customers in waiting areas (some were even on a 2nd visit for them), and even looked at their hotels provided. Seemed to all fall short on expectations and some trying to push other methods with very low grafts implantation. Really felt almost like a bait and switch. Choosing HairNeva: I am very happy with my outcome 6 days post procedure. I wasn’t completely bald yet (mainly thinning), but I wanted density and I wanted someone who would listen and actually push the limits on what I wanted, but also not give me some hack job outcome. I am happy to say I received 5,300 grafts on a 1 day procedure. (I opted out of a 2 day for my own personal reasons). Mike, Dr. Go, and all staff were extremely pleasant/helpful and took extra care of me throughout the whole day. It didn’t feel rushed which I’m really thankful for. No surprises and they followed through on exactly what was promised. My scalp is full of grafts and my donor area looks ok as of now (still healing). I’m very excited to see my results moving forward in the coming months. 1 more thing I want to add that might help you make your decision: The hotel provided (Marriott) is very nice and in a better area of Istanbul imo. Basically like an apartment. Same location as the clinic. The interior is modern and has a kitchen/washer + dryer. I’d definitely will stay there again on any future trips as grocery was also across the street.

Visited from Texas,USA for hair transplant. Very good experience overall- stay at the hotel, the 2 day procedure with the whole team, Mike helping with coordinating everything. Anaesthia is uncomfortable as was expected, but the process went smooth. Happy with the hairline. Hoping to see good results in the upcoming months.

Je suis allé dans la clinique pour faire une greffe de cheveux. L’accueil a été au top. Le suivi était excellent. Tout le personnel est très bienveillant. Je recommande fortement. le confort de l’hôtel, quartier calme, une magnifique expérience.

Hello , I’m writing this review to let everyone know that my hair Transplant was successfully done in HairNeva (Istanbul ,fulya) . very happy with the hospitality provided by HairNeva. Mr.mike, the medical executive co-ordinated through out the process of my HT. However, the surgery was done by the medical assistants who are trained under Dr.GO . But I met dr.GO post surgery and he reviewed my hairline and the implanted areas and provided his advises on taking care of my hair, post surgery. Overall it was a good experience. Undoubtedly anyone who wish to transplant the hair can visit HairNeva.

My experience with hair neva was great the hotel staff were great and friendly the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. My hair transplant went smoothly I had close to no pain during the numbing process and no pain during my hair transplant. There was a small section next to my ear I wanted to add grafts to after the transplant was completed and they had no problem with doing so. My agent was very helpful and answered any questions I had before during and after my transplant. I would recommend them to anyone intrested in hair transplants. 10/10

Transfer was arranged and in order. The staff were amazing and done everything they could, also very professional. The operation was spot on and went superb, clinic was great too. My overall experience with HairNeva is 10/10. Everything went smooth, and I would recommend it to anyone who’s considering the hair transplant. Lastly, the hotel was beautiful.
