It was great to have someone from the company respond to my inquiry about a product I had gotten in the past, no longer visible due to a brand change. The only issue was the shipping, how does ground come? I need to know because where I am located, USPS does not deliver to street addresses, and sometimes what is labeled as ground comes via USPS. Other than that, everything runs smoothly with Isodiol.
