The way Ritu teach everything is just amazing. When I joined the program, i was feeling really stuck. But this program, its teachings, activities has filled me with alot of positivity. I really appreciate Ritu for this awesome step that she has taken forward for all the women who are struggling to seek validation from others. She teaches self-love is the key. Love her teachings and the way she explains everything.

Awesome experience

When I joined this programme I was so clueless and didn't know where my life was going. I have just completed day 2 of the 3 day challenge and I can feel so much positivity within me. 😃😃 I introspected all the actions taken by me based on other's people judgement.
