Ritu mam literally changing my life.Trsut me I have almost wasted 15 years of life carrying lots of things inside me.This sense of calmness i havent feel anytime in my life. The only feedback I could give is to changethe mission time to somewhere in the day time considering the votes.So many would be benefitial to attend live sessions!
