So pleased with the customer service, one of the seat cushions that I ordered had a strap that was missing a piece in the clip. I emailed noui noui and they sent me a whole new seat within a few days, no problem at all.

I purchased a booster cushion. I found it difficult to inflate and it's a awkward shape for a lot of chairs as it leaves a gap at the back of the chair. Quite expensive for what it is.
