I asked the driver to please not bring a container that had been welded on Too - well I got 2 that have at least 10 Holes in Each - People are Very Nice on Phone but did not even offer to knock off $1.00 a Replacement container since I cannot use the 1s they Delivered , beside that Everyis Great.

Everyone was very helpful and informative. The sales rep answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. My delivery man was extremely helpful and let me know what I needed to know for placement and what was needed before placement could take place. The day it was delivered I was approached by a neighbor about where he could get one. I am very happy with my purchase and all the individuals that I worked with. Should I need another unit in the future I will definitely be revisiting this company.

Called in to verify the process of picking up a container. Ended up purchasing one online about a week before my dad went to the depot to pick it up. Had received an email stating the type I purchased was ready for pick up. When my dad got down to the depot, however, he was told that none of the type I purchased were available, stating their were 3 of that type that needed repair. I called the company and they said that I could get a refund, though they called around to see if they could find one. To my dismay, they ended up finding one that was in very rough shape that my father took because he was there and didn't want to have to drive back down again. The company did not offer any discount for the product that was not in the shape of the products they are advertising on their website. Overall feeling very disappointed and cheated.

Our purchase of a 40 foot container was easy and flawless. All our questions and information about the container and its delivery were answered, we were extremely impressed with the skill of the delivery person. Our situation was a little tighter than others. I’m sure. But he made it look easy.

The delivery driver placed them exactly where we wanted them (very tight space). The containers were delivered in an acceptable condition.
