It was such an easy process to get them purchased and delivered. The delivery was a little more challenging since we purchased 2 smaller boxes that needed to be delivered and placed in a very tight spot side by side. They got it done and when they said they would so it was a great experience.

On time with delivery, and driver was polite and helped us put container where we wanted it. Very professional. We would use them again

The container did not get put in place. It's still sitting 40 ft from it's spot. I did get the container moved. Thank you for yuor help.

Easy ordering, good communication

There was.a.short time between the purchase and contact with a driver. When the driver did call everything went very smoothly ! The driver was very responsive and right on time. He placed it exactly how we.wanted it. The container.itself was in great shape.

This was my first experience with buying a container. Communication was not good. I spoke with a very nice person in SC and explained I had a tough site and sent drawings and pictures of the site and asked if it was possible to get the container where I wanted it. She sent to the transporters and never got a reply for weeks..she finally said they said it was OK. Then I am talking with a ,Andy from Mississippi who is with a separate transporter company. I was to,d the delivery would happen on Wednesday then it was moved to Thursday. On Thursday I got a call from Jason who was picking up the container in Louisville. I asked him if he had seen the photos and drawings of the site and he said he had not so I sent them to him. He arrived late and because of the difficulty of the site he tore up the site getting in and out, he ran off the gravel drive and had difficulty dropping off the container and dragged it on the gravel getting it off. He had extreme difficulty getting out of the property again tearing up the site and getting mud all over the road. The container was not placed where I wanted it to be placed and will have to move it myself. All of this could have been avoided if someone had looked at the photos and drawings. I now have a lot of work to do to repair the site. Communication was not good and could be improved. Knowing what I know now I would have gotten a smaller container or none at all.

Ordering my container was easy and hassle free! Once ordered, an Eveon representative called to set up a delivery date and time along with the delivery company. They even sent a picture of the exact container! Unfortunately Mother Nature has other plans for snow and ice. The representative gladly worked with setting another day. On delivery day the driver showed up at the correct time and placed the container exactly and effortlessly. I'll definitely use Eveon for future container purchases!

Our delivery driver was fantastic (I feel awful I can't recall his name). Very skilled. Good communication and dropped the container EXACTLY where we requested. The quality of the container was exactly as expected, used but wind and water tight. We've been getting a lot of rain and don't have to worry about at all about leaks.
