NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER ! I GAVE THEM 2 CASES ONE AGAINST HSBC AND ONE AGAINST A FRAUDSTER AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RUNNING TO A BARRISTER TO FIND OUT HOW TO PROCEED. THEY ARE TOTALLY CLUELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!! FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE "Helen has a special interest in cases involving injuries caused by animals." NO WONDER SHE IS OUT OF HER DEPTH !!!
