Sent my plate to the wrong address....I had to buy a plate locally ... They did apologise but it was too late.. perhaps they should read the orders properly.. Not recommended..

I mistakenly put in the county reg of my old van when ordering plates for my new van, I immediately realized the mistake and I tried numerous calls to the office to notify them only for the line to be engaged for over an hour. I also emailed apologizing for my mistake and that I had tried calling numerous times only to receive a one line response telling me "its done and cant be altered" brutal customer service.
