I have knocked off a star for being charged just under £30 quid for 3 Kennedy cups of poor quality, a sure grip beaker and 3 small bibs. Disability aids are overpriced generally, this isn't just an issue with Essential Aids. The website was easy to navigate. Postage and packing was an additional £4.99 and my order arrived within three or four days. I would be a bit more discerning about what I ordered, if I used the company again. Edit: Thank you. The specific issue with the cups is how tight the straw space is, making adjustment difficult for less dextrous hands, and the lids are difficult to screw on so they are horizontal and flush with the cup. PS: No issue with delivery costs - the couriers have to get paid! - I left detail for information only
