I telephoned to find out length of delivery which was 3-5days I asked if delivery was possible for my item to arrive earlier bearing in mind it was a Friday and I urgently needed the item for the following Tuesday the lady said if I put the order through now she was personally see it through the warehouse and I'd received it on Monday very pleased to say I did receive item on Monday 10/10 very helpful lady on the phone
