The raisers were well packed and relatively easy to open which is essential as I have arthritis in my fingers. They are easy to position. I bought a set for the sofa I tend to sit on and my husband asked me to buy another set for his chair.

Tbh I researched the product and found this company to be on par with everyone else with the price. With reviews of people buying a step from other companies, which wasn't of good quality and ending up paying that little bit extra and getting a good product with a comment of (you get what you pay for). It looks a good sound product. My neighbour took the parcel in and when I collected it from them she commented that it's the same step as she has and couldn't do without it,a very useful sturdy step. The delivery was very quick with updates of :- order received, order posted,order out on delivery, to a message saying tried to deliver the parcel which has been delivered to a neighbour. We purchased products from Essential Aids for our son who has cerebral palsy, so that he can live his life as independently as he can. We bought the food workstation, the spread board, the knife for chef and the Nelson knife as he mostly has only the use of his right hand. We also bought the Deluxe grab rail bar to ensure his safety when using the bath /shower as he recently had a fall there.
