I found the actual finding and ordering…

I found the actual finding and ordering of the equipment very straight forward .The delivery came within 48hrs and I was kept up to date throughout. The only thing to be aware of is if anything needs to be returned you pay the cost . Unfortunately for us we needed to do this due to change of circumstances which as item was big cost £50 ! That's only reason I would think twice about shopping here in the future.

Good After Sales Service

My item was sent to the incorrect address. However once I received the item it was well packaged, in good condition and of good quality. Following what I had thought was a complaint to Essential Aids but was in fact a TP review, I had a call from Alex in customer service who apologised for the error and offered suitable recompense. Customer service that cannot be faulted.
