When we first arrived at the practice, my first impression was the modern, clean & welcoming environment. The staff were very knowledgeable but at the same time explained the treatment plan that even a 'daft dad' like me could understand. They explained things very clearly to my son who couldn't believe that he found going to the orthodontist a pleasure. We saw the orthodontic therapists & the orthodontist. The staff were outstanding. My son had an X-ray & an assessment. The reception & nursing staff were kind & professional.
