Outstanding! I had a white leather sofa that had suffered black dye staining and severe surface damage to a cushion. Commencing with my initial telephone contact with Anna, I was extremely impressed by her compassion and efficiency. Adrian visited to assess the damage and clearly explained his strategy for repairing the sofa. The sofa was returned to me on the agreed date and all I can say is that Adrian’s craftsmanship is second to none.
