Misleading delivery, Flyer's
Told on Tuesday truck from London. FOLLOWING Wednesday told we do not have a Tuesday truck. LlWeek before otterman was on Tuesday truck. Ooooh I do not know, about that. Only one manager on duty when told customer wanted to speak to them, 3 min delay, manager busy on phone. Never again going to Temperman, flyers are miss leading, customer requires to read fine print. Many other options for our cash. JK

What a huge selection to choose from regardless of what I am looking for. Michelle Richard was my sales agent and I found she really understood what not just wanted, but what I needed for my particular health concerns regarding comfort. She has walked the entire floor with me very patiently many time until I found the right thing. She certainly is very knowledgeable about all your merchandise. Contract Should Show Customer Clearly how to Avoid Interest
The Salesperson, Kenysha, did a fantastic job, and I was pleased with here explanations of the features and protection plan explanation. The Credit team did not explain clearly the options I had and I had to go back for clarification and to modify my contract. The Contract document is very confusing because the information in the Payment Schedule section was inaccurate according to the Credit Person I spoke with. The term "Cash Date" is vague to me and not clearly defined for quick understanding. In addition it is not clearly explained that it would be in the Customer's best interest to pay off the full amount before the Cash Date. I cannot understand why the calculations the Credit representatives do leave a balance for after the Cash date so that the customer ends up paying interest. That was not explained transparently. Why would they propose a Payment Plan that attracts interest? Furthermore, the appearance of the Amount associated with the Interest Rate After the Cash Date was confusing because that amount could be anything from $0 to the amount shown based on unpaid balance ... but it took a lot of questions to get to understand that clearly. You could use illustrations, charts, examples of scenarios to help customers understand when how they can avoid interest. I trusted the Credit Agent to propose a payment schedule to allow me to not pay interest but I see that they did not do that so I lost trust. I hope this is useful feedback.
