Received one part of my order , and after contacting the retailer I purchased this through it is still pending. Never received any reason as to one shipped but not the other and why it’s so hard to receive the product.

I never received my order from u so I can’t say anything positive here. I should be receiving a refund by now.

I recommend VMI because they seem to always have what I need at a reasonable price. Then they have what I want and that too is reasonable.

arrived fast only took minutes to install sounds great on my front porch only thing would be better if power cord was a bit longer

Wrong item sent. No option given for providing the correct item. Did not send a return shipping label. Call rep was polite but seemed liked she was using a script that was telling me that I would never get the right item, never get a return label by email and never get a refund. I got a very "scammy" vibe. Needed to contact my credit card company in order to have the charge reversed.

Product was in great condition, and a great price.

I ordered a Muddy 20’ Skybox Deluxe tree stand. though a part was missing when it was received and inspected. I contacted vminnovations and they promptly sent the needed part. All-in-all, a positive experience.

The rack did not fit in my closet. I called your office to order one that would fit in exchange for this rack. They told me no exchanges as it was past the 30 days. I wanted to buy another rack that would fit as I researched your website and found one that was more expensive and would fit. Yet, still no exchange. I will not purchase from VMINNOVATIONS again.

Product delivered quickly. Pool pump and filter is going to take time to rate it's efficiency.
