Overall a good service. Hot tub worked great and easy to use, however, it did take around 30 hours to get to temperature (although cold weather didn't help). Also, no instructions on how to drain tub at end of hire - not difficult but when dealing with expensive equipment I would have preferred a video tutorial like was provided for how to use and clean the filter etc. Other than that delivery, set-up all on time and hot tub worked perfectly throughout the hire.

Contacted this company to inquire about hiring a hot tub and gave the date I was looking for. They replied advising they had availability and detailed prices. I messaged advising I would like to book and requested their booking form but received no reply. Messaged again but received no reply. Phoned and left a message and emailed but no reply. Eventually managed to book from another company who were very responsive and helpful. Disappointing service.

We had a great hire from hot tubs for hire. Arrived in plenty of time to enjoy on the planned birthday. Very friendly and helpful service. Any issues I had were handled very quickly and without any hassle. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying a hot tub. Was great fun especially now during lock down.

We have used hot tubs for hire on 2 occasions now. This time was just over 2 weeks the Skye hot tub (solid) was great to have some time to relax over Christmas and new year. Kids loved it. Would highly recommend, nothing a bother.

I received a swift reply from my initial enquiry through Facebook, to which all my questions were answered, the booking process and deposit was very straight forward. Really enjoyed our hot tub weekend. Hired for one of our children’s birthdays, kids had a ball! Communication - very quick to reply to emails. Set up - easy and hassle free. Extra bits and pieces in perfect working order. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.
