Appealing company LRM

Appealing company, bag completely different colour as photos showing bright orange, bag comes in burnt orange m/ rust. Will take no responsibility and then ghost you and block you. I will be seeking out legal support. I will not be treated like this and it seems many others. They then block you on all social media. Name and shame them. Not a nice company at all. Seemingly lots of unsatisfied customers who they conveniently ghost, morals. Business practice don’t touch them with a barge poll!

Terrible service post purchase …

Loved the bag so much I bought 3 others in a different colour , extended to gifts for family and friends and bought different kinds ! After 19 months the tassle fell off and the strap stitching snapped ( in the middle of a shopping centre thank god my partner caught it) I contacted lrm and they said nothing they can do take it to a cobbler and I can pay to fix it ! At £80 per bag and the hundreds I have spent I expected more than that length of time out of it ! They have lost a faithful and regular customer , I would not purchase from them

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Ordered a bag with initials. The bag was lovely but initials very tacky, apparently I can’t remove the initials and because I personalized I can’t return it. It’s a shame because the bag is perfect

Poor quality

Ordered a gold mini chain clutch as it looked pretty. Paid for the item + postage. What arrived was a very thin and flimsy bag which looked like it had been cut out of thin material, folded and stapled together (I'll try add some photos) there were large gaps at the bag fastening where you would lose your belongings as they would slip straight out. The edges were fraid and poorly finished, the fastening of the bag relied on you folding a strip on material through a loop however the material would be very easy to scar due to being so thin. All in no but it was a nice colour. Very disappointed with the being asked to pay for a return. I'm surprised as it had looked nice but definitely not functional or good quality.

I am honestly upset.

I am honestly upset. I bought a beautiful bag and purse from LRM. Unfortunately after less than 2 mnths the monogramming came off the front of my bag so I contacted and originally was given helpful info that if I just returned the bag they would reoplace it. Great! Even though I stated clearly in the email and also wrote on a piece of paper that the monogram was to be the same again on the new bag and in gold again, I was sent a replacement bag with two completely different letters on it. When I contacted to say I wasn't happy seeing as I'd spent over £140 originally with this company i was met with the answer of "well I can see where they've gone wrong, just human error, resend the bag to us and we'll send another." How this could have been a 'simple error' is beyond me as I could not have written it any clearer. I've then had to wait another week to get another bag sent out, to which they have decided to send to a DIFFERENT ADDRESS down my road. Honestly on the brink of tears and I have emailed again to complain and all I got met with was "go to number 35 on your road and it will be there." NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY?! Honestly baffled by this. The level of customer service is clearly just not there. Theres also not even someone to call. I feel genuinely upset with this. I can't understand how a company can be so rude and uncaring!
