Appalling service

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Samsung and their partner AIT Home Delivery. I ordered a fridge on 27th Septembe scheduled for delivery on 19th October. From the moment the delivery drivers arrived, they clearly had no intention of completing the job. One of the drivers, Lucian, complained about parking from the start, despite my offer to pay for a nearby spot. It became apparent they simply wanted to finish their day, with Lucian openly saying it was their last job. The most shocking part was being told I should consider using another delivery service! How is that even my responsibility as a customer? To add insult to injury, after the drivers left, I called AIT and was spoken to extremely rudely by Roksana, who said she didn’t blame the drivers at all. As a professional who had taken the day off specifically for this delivery, costing me £300, this response was completely unacceptable. While I was rebooked for a later date, the lack of professionalism, rude customer service, and overall disregard for my time has left me disgusted. I will never use this delivery service again, nor will I purchase from Samsung. I expect compensation for my wasted time and an investigation into the behaviour of the delivery team and Roksana. I am appalled by the way AIT DELIVERY handles its customers, and this experience has been beyond frustrating. Conclusion: Avoid AIT Home Delivery at all costs if you value your time and expect a reliable service.

Amazing drivers

It is the first time I have received any package from this company. Though I have to say that the portal wasn't allowing me to track the delivery, their customer service team was really helpful. I received a heavy sofa and I would like to thank the driver (Rob) and the companion (Victoria) for assisting us with a smile on their face! I could tell they were tired after a long working day and I wanted to show appreciation for the hard work they do. Thank you Rob and Victoria, please keep on being the lovely people you are! I hope this review enlightens your day!

Another terrible experience from Dunelm…

Another terrible experience from Dunelm and AIT. Duneml saying all goods dispatched to AIT ages ago. All goods planned for delivery today and email and text confirming this on the 22nd. Then 2 hours before delivery AIT text me and say they've not received goods. Who's lying here, Dunelm or AIT??????? No one at businesses taking responsibility and still got my 5K which the Dunelm have had for payment of goods for 5 weeks. This is the 4th time AIT and Dunelm are blaming one another over the last 5 weeks and neither business seems to have a complaints department. They just blame or the situation on someone else. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY SOMEONE
