The audiologist was brilliant. I had some hearing issues and went for a hearing test as well as getting my waxed removed. Laila was efficient and professional and also sympathetic about my hearing issues. The issues were resolved and I left feeling like I had new ears. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent service for housebound people with hearing problems. Someone I know had been unable to have their ears cleared of wax for over a year. Within a week of my calling Otocare that was sorted and hearing markedly improved. A week later new hearing aids were delivered and fitted with great care, courtesy and patience. The recipient is now joining in conversations normally.

I had a warm welcome from Tanya. The premises are very clean and tidy. It was my 1st time having wax removed from my ears. Tanya was very professional, she explained what she was going to do, also explained what caused my wax build up. Tanya took her time and allowed me to have a rest when it was getting too painful. It was easy to book for an at home service and Tanya who visited was very professional was excellent communicating what she was going to do, especially with my elderly father.
