The course was well presented, the trainer was keen to have the whole group interact throughout the session and to discuss the environmental issues we have in day to day life.

Excellent trainer, questions were asked throughout and knowledge was constantly refreshed. Case examples were given to understand the topic of the course along with various activities throughout the course.

The content provided in this course gave a very good insight on the ever so changing world. it was clear and concise information brought forward in a very interactive way to engage the whole group.

Recently undertook the 2-day SMSTS refresher course through CISTC. The material was well constructed and delivery on point, the trainer Mick Borner provided a thorough recap of the course particulars whilst keeping all parties engaged. I will be recommending that our company utilise CISTC for all future training courses.
