Did a great job repairing our LG refrigerator.
Last weekend, our refrigerator suddenly stopped freezing, and with a lot of food inside, I was desperate to find someone who could fix it on the same day. Fortunately, these folks ensure that their technician has all the necessary tools and parts to get the job done promptly. Without wasting any minute, I scheduled a repair appointment for them to come out and assess the issue. The technician arrived around noon, and by 3 pm, our refrigerator was finally freezing again. The problem turned out to be the compressor, and the tech explained that LG fridges often come with subpar compressors from the manufacturer. The fact that my compressor lasted over 7 years was considered lucky. I'll take his word for it and see how long it lasts with the new compressor. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them for any future repairs.
