It is always a pleasure to deal with Roberta. Nothing is too much trouble, she always responds quickly to texts and emails and is very professional whilst remaining very welcoming and friendly. The quality of the preloved goods is high, most recently I purchased 2 handbags and I couldn't be more delighted with them. I had a perfect experience from start to finish. I even incorrectly put in my shipping address and it was no problem to be corrected. I also received a personalised card with my heels which was a lovely touch. I would definitely buy from here again and recommend to anyone.

Roberta must be tired of seeing my reviews by now, I buy lots of things from HHH, but there are reasons. For me the out of customary hours service stands out, sending a message on a weekend , not expecting to get a message till Monday, but I had an immediate response and an instant resolution to my query. The bag I was after was delivered with 48 hours, beautifully packaged as always and with a handwritten card for the new year. Thank you so much, as always.
