Lentiamo and in particular Killian saved my vacation. I found Lentiamo because I was in Paris and forgot to pack my daily contact lens. I am from the US and I was staying in France for 3 weeks, so this presented a huge problem for me. I took a chance on Lentiamo and put in the specifications for my contacts but accidentally made two separate orders. I received an email from Killian to confirm my order but it was in all French. Unfortunately I don't speak French but after a very choppy email using Google translate he responded to me in English and proceeded to fix everything. Without access to my prescription I sent him a photo of the empty lens cases. Killian was able to fix all of my mistakes and sent out my lens right away. I was able to get them in 2 days. He responded to all of my emails and I can't thank him enough. Killian if you are reading this you are incredible thank you again for saving my trip. I can't say enough good things about Lentiamo.
