The structural engineer did a very bad Job. How can a fondation of a story building has two columns. I have given the disgn to an architec and structural engineer to review everything. This will cost another money. I am very dispointed.

HOWEVER, you do not get access to the length / width of the walls or any dimensions of the house. The floorplans are not for US residents as the estimated cost are construction cost in Africa - very disappointing. My mistake - should have reached out prior to purchasing. By the way, if you are in the US don's expect a quick reply - it will be at least 12 hours before you receive a response.
