Worst Customer service ever by (Kate), I have placed an order on November 28, for items and amount was fully charged. On the 30-Nov, I have recived an incomplete order (One item was missing) and the company did not even notify me. I have reach out to thier customer support via mail, (Kate) decided by her own to cancel the order and refund the money without even an authorization from myside. I wish I could upload a screenshot of the mail correspondences to show how bad thier customer service is, they do not even deserve half star. I defiantly feel a shamed ordering such company
