The item is really poor quality, the shelving is plastic sheets. Tried to return and get a refund however no communication received since 6th Dec despite several emails. Gutted, as every penny counts right now

Fast delivery and it came with instructions which is good. Tho I thought the material will be a stronger metal material becoz it says it could hold 50 kg but it seemed to be a standard one. Hoping this will last as long as it should.

TOTALLY SHOCKED! When I received my delivery it was in an excellent tough cardboard box. Then when I opened it " WAW " my plants were placed inbetween 3,layers of protective straw one layer on the bottom one layer in the centre and the 3rd on the top.👍 My plants arrived in perfect condition. WELL DONE. definitely beyond my expectations.

Complete scammers. Plants advertised at 1-5-2.5m tall. I checked in advance on fb marketplace chat that this was the correct size. Screenshot proof of assurance. The plants that arrived were less than 30cm tall! Communication then useless, they won’t send the correct size, no refund yet received. All comms channels - fb, WhatsApp, website - not giving satisfactory responses, just kicking the problem along. An infuriating, lying and pathetic company.

I used Mevano for the first time, big mistake. I ordered, as per the website, Harry Potter floating candles. Candles arrived but not what I ordered!! I advised customer services immediately asking for a "returns label" this arrive via email, I printed off but 48 hours later the Post Office returned my parcel advising no one at the address SK6 2QN. Worse experience I've ever had, sorry but it's the truth.

Order arrived really quickly I didn't expect that, communication on the highest level possible.Now just waiting for results. So quick update,after over year. No luck with seeds,wasted money.

Didn't receive any emails about delivery date and the item was delivered to our neighbour despite us being home at the time. Still, the item arrived and I'm happy with it!

The ordering process was clear painless. My only gripe was that despite saying that they would inform you when they were dispatching your item I had to chase it and found out it had been dispatched three days earlier. It arrived okay and in one piece which was the main thing. (It was a large mirror)
