Horrible place to send any child to. They brainwash parents into thinking their kids getting better but their kid is suffering and the parents don't know because they aren't allowed to have contact with their child. They don't provide clean water, proper medical staff, or even proper food. The therapy was horrible! I got PTSD after leaving this place and suffered more after I left. I wouldn't recommend sending your loved one to ANY wilderness programs. These places don't care about your child getting mental health help or help for drug addiction, they care about profit. My parents spent thousands for me to go to a place where I didn't get treated properly, I was sick and cold the whole time ( or it was excruciatingly hot), I was covered in bug bites, the therapy was crap, and I got PTSD from this place. Listen, If you are a parent and reading this comment but going to choose to ignore it anyways, be my guest, your kid will have a lot more issues and trauma after attending, and your kid probably won't want to have a relationship with you either. I was also constantly told if I didn't do something I'd have to stay longer. If I didn't do what they wanted to do and play along with the brainwashing I'd have to stay longer, my stay was almost four months. This is not a short-term program. ITS AWFFFFUULLL.
