On entering the store it was warm and friendly,clean fresh well illuminated.The staff greeted us with a warm friendly welcome assisted but not hindered, they gave us help with matching garments and sizing.

Banned from Buying. I was a long standing customer of Tilletts especially buying magic trousers Which they state are unique to them but they are not I'started to do reviews on clothing for a small women's FBPage and compared quality and cost and nearly 100%Tilletts were the worst since they're now buying from Chinese warehouses based in Pratto Italy but still charging UK PRICES You can buy the same quality from SHEIN and TEMU and Tik Tok shops for half the price The owner rang me one day and demanding I'stop doing the reviews.Then sent me a solicitors letter demanding same and a personal apologie!! She didn't get one.. On researching further this has happened to quite a few previous customers. Shame they have went down this bully tactic route.People'are entitled to their opinion and sending solicitors letters is just another form of scare mongering. .People are prepared to buy good quality and pay that little bit extra instead of the goods offered at this time

It was a lovely top. I realy liked it. But the sleeves was far to narrow okay if your arms was thin. That is second top I have had to return owing to narrow sleeves. It was the Melissa button sleeve grey animal print

It's simple to order on line from a fabulous range of clothing. I was kept informed of dispatch ( the same day in this case), and it was delivered a couple of days later. Wonderful service.

Great delivery service, always good quality & friendly & polite. Sadly the footwear is too small for me as I need a 42 otherwise I would certainly be buying plenty. X
