After renting pump, I did not hear anything about the delivery. I had to contact them to follow up. Pump delivered later that day. Good service overall!

Excellent service. I called the customer service line before I ordered the pump because I had some questions and the lady who I spoke to was amazing. I am a first time mom and I had a lot questions. She was kind and and made me feel at ease.

Jasmin is very friendly. She called me 30 minutes before to check if I’m available to receive the pump. It was delivered on time and in good condition.

I’m very pleased with the prompt service and delivery of the Medela rental. I needed a breast pump, as the one I had originally purchased was defective, and having it delivered right to my front door the very next day was super convenient. The pump expresses milk quickly and efficiently, and the suction settings work very well too. Customer service is great, as I was able to contact them immediately when I had questions.
