Needed personalised wedding candles at very short notice. Less than two weeks before the wedding we ordered in the hopes that this company could help. A man called me the next day to make sure all details were correct, he sent me messages to see if any changes needed to be made and kept in touch with me through the next couple of days. I was thrilled to get a message 3-4 days after we placed our order to say it was in the post. They had noticed our wedding date was so close and went above and beyond to make sure our order got to us on time. We recieved the candles yesterday and we are delighted with the finished product. All the detail down to the lovely box it was stored in is just amazing. Cannot thank this company enough, and will definitely order from here in the future.

A foreign girl with frizzy hair and awful clothes for working in a shop was very rude when I asked her a question about balloons she told me to wait, I work in retail I didn’t ask her anything too difficult to answer, she seems annoyed wasn’t at all helpful Balloons were extortionate price I seen them cheaper with free helium a few minutes away in another store after I bought them I won’t be back and maybe check your staff about appearance and rudeness she’s not Irish but she’s working in Ireland so maybe she should realise it’s not ok to speak to people like that, maybe where she’s from it’s normal but it’s not ok here, she could have more respect as I have respect as an Irish person for all nationalities in my work and life

ordered michael myers halloween 2 mask expecting it to be not great...i eat my words its an official trick or treat studios mask and is a super replica of the film mask...could,nt be happier,fast delivery and great value...cheers celebrateit..10 out of 10

I wanted to get balloons delivered to a local hotel 2 weeks before Halloween for a family members special birthday. I wasnt impressed from the call to the balloons. On the call I was told the balloons couldnt be delivered or happen like I was asking a favour as they were busy, even after they took the payment I was told will try to deliver but no garantee. All I wanted was 3 balloons with the age and only 1 balloon delivered and 2 standard colours I wasnt happy. I was charged €10 delivery to go across the road to the hotel. It cost €27 for 3 balloons and I feel a rip-off for what was supplied.

I ordered decorations for my daughter’s christening, they arrived so quickly and there were plenty of updates on the purchase and delivery status! It was great to get so much variety from an Irish store! I will definitely shop here again!
