I have made several phone calls
I have made several phone calls, sent several E-mails as I have had no BT channels for about six weeks although I am still paying for it. I spoke to Tom and he assured me BT would be back on within 48 hours, that was last Monday (sunday today). I have been give several reasons (excuses) for this and still no further forward. This is not the first time I have had problems like this with Skycards and to be honest, the service fron them is very,very poor

Terrible service and company...They get UK sky cards registered to UK addresses and then sell them to unsuspecting customers. When SKY UK find out about this misuse of their card they cancel it. Sky Cards EU then expect you to pay for another, even if you have only had the card for 2 months. Terrible company to do business with when something goes wrong as they just don't care and expect more money. They then hold you to ransom, as they have already taken their annual fee and the fee for the UK card that you have no control other other than through them, Mon - Fre 09.00 - 17.00 and only through email, as they only want to talk to you when if it is to buu something... Once you have paid they want very little to do with you.. Crap customer service...Don't use there are other companies out there... Having read your reply, I must agree someone can email you 24hrs a day, but if they want to call you other than to buy something it's tough luck. The response is please email. You now have 37% 1 star ratings, yet always blame the customer. If there is an issue with a credit card payment it is not always the fault of your customer, to then just state we are all bad debtors is an easy cope out until some calls you out on it. Improve your customer service and attitude to customers...37% 1 star ratings can't all be wrong about you.. You write quite politely here, yet your direct emails to customers who have an issue are completely different... I will accept your advice and use another company with far better ratings...

Become poor value for money
This service was good, and reasonable value until last year. The increase in price for the viewing card from £55 per year to £200 is not reasonable. Having received a reply from this company I will also add. The service was not available at all from mid August 2019 through to 14th November 2919! No credit received for the time I had no service, despite having paid for the viewing card.

Never had a problem, customer for several years and service from Tom is always prompt and courteous. Update - now up and running in Iraq with my now tv box and vpn router. From order to delivery in Cyprus to install in Iraq took 5 days.
