Totul a fost ușor, depus documente, dat masina la schimb, realizat reparație, luat masina acasă.

Quality of the job is very good but the time was a bit longer than necessary ...3 weeks for painting an element. That,s way I give you 4stars. Is abnormal after evaluation to block the car 2 weeks with no reason, for a small scratch. I asked to call me imediatelly when the car is ready but actuallly I keept calling .... German concept implemented with Romanian personnel.....here needs some improvements.
